DC is a jungle
The only other option is that nobody gave this Peace-Sign giving man the memo that he's not in the jungle... or his ship JUST docked from "Guilligan's Island" -- or he was an extra in "Lost" -- or he's Tom Hanks' black counterpart in "Castaway 2, Return to the Island."

Someone was VERY thankful to this car -- the "THANK YOU" stickers were posted on all four rims (see bottom inset), the front and back glasses, the doorhandles, the entire radio antenna (see top inset), the back bumper, and the stepping rail... I hope the owner of the car got the thankful message!

Parking PhD
Anybody with a license KNOWS that's not a legal parking spot, right? Apparently WRONG! This dude was in a HEAVILY police-patrolled area a few blocks from the Capitol for at least 3 hours and did not get a ticket! You see the white line? I think it's a legal parking spot! WHAT?!

I found my brother -- I DON'T EITHER!!(Background: This is a painting on the wall outside of a Diner in my area that has been around since at least 1931... Stools only! They also sell T-shirts and caps with the caption. When I inquired this is what I was told: "It came about because people used to always yell out their orders to the cooks and most of them don't speak English so they would always just turn around and say "I don't speak English" and eventually someone made a cap for the owner with the slogan, and it stuck!")
