Unlike the earlier post (http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sINHNe12pgg/SZxRHbjltBI/AAAAAAAAABs/_mb-EOdm5PM/s1600-h/IMG00026+(2).jpg), this was supposed to be somebody PARALLEL parking -- take the meter as a point of reference and tell me if this car is parked parallel to the curb!
